Refunds & Shipping Policy
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All Limitless Marketing Group, customers agree not to hold Limitless Marketing Group, liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, natural disasters, national security interruptions, national holidays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Limitless Marketing Group, direct control. Limitless Marketing Group, shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Limitless Marketing Group, will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Limitless Marketing Group, can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Effective 02/05/09, Limitless Marketing Group, will no longer offer Free UPS Ground shipping on Business card orders for 100, 250, and 500 run sizes due to high fuel prices.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, or not being present up to UPS 3rd attempt, Limitless Marketing Group, will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. Client is responsible for any occurring fees for reshipment.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Lost claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Limitless Marketing Group, is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
